What We Look
for in a Supplier

We maintain a curated, compliance-first supplier network. Every manufacturer we work with must meet the following baseline requirements before a commercial conversation begins.

FDA Facility Registration
Your production facility must be registered with the US FDA under 21 CFR Part 1. We verify registration numbers before any sampling.

HACCP Certification
Active HACCP plan covering your full product range. We require documentation prior to first purchase order.

Authentic Asian Product Lines
Dumplings, dim sum, savory pancakes, bao buns, or similar frozen Asian formats with genuine recipe heritage and clean ingredient lists.

Retail-Ready Packaging
Bilingual (English/French) labeling, UPC barcoded, shelf-life documented. Private label capability is a plus.

Consistent Volume Capability
Ability to fulfill recurring monthly orders. We scale with suppliers — but need confidence in production capacity from day one.
